Bibles For You is a ministry outreach of our Christian nonprofit, created through prayer and the leading of the Holy Spirit. Our mission is simple: to place God’s Word directly into the hands of those who need hope, encouragement, and truth.

We receive Bibles through generous donations from individuals, churches, and partner organizations. These include KJV, NIV, and many specialized personal versions that—though they may begin in books like Matthew or other key sections—are fully verified NIV translations.

Every Bible we receive is lovingly prepared by our team. We place inside a small introduction card with key verses that remind readers of how God sees them, along with a prayer line on the back for anyone needing support. We add a label letting the recipient know that this Bible was intentionally left as a gift for them.

Before any Bible goes out, our volunteers pray over it—asking God to guide it to the person who needs it most.

Once ready, each Bible is entrusted to a team member or volunteer, who places it in one of our approved community locations. For the greatest reach and respect for public spaces, we currently place Bibles only in:

Parks
Libraries
Homeless shelters
City benches

This outreach began after members of our team received prayer direction and felt a strong calling from the Lord to step into this mission. Our Mission Director, Chris Banks, continues to lead and shepherd this work as we serve our communities with compassion and obedience.

1. Donation

We receive Bibles from individuals, churches, and partner organizations. Every Bible—whether KJV, NIV, or specialized personal editions—is a gift sown into someone’s life through generosity.

2. Set Up & Prayer

Our team prepares each Bible with an introduction card, key Scriptures, a prayer line, and a label. Before it goes out, we pray over the Bible, asking God to guide it to the person who needs it most.

3. Team Placement

Trained team members and volunteers place the prepared Bibles in approved community locations—parks, libraries, homeless shelters, and city benches—where they can reach people in moments of need.

Notice From Program Leadership

We’re excited to see the impact of Bibles For You, but we currently need a central location where donated Bibles can be sent. Right now, all of our staff and volunteers work from home, and we do not have a physical office.
